Ideal for Elderly Care and Dementia/Alzheimer’s Support

The TL-2020P Portable Wireless Pager helps caregivers monitor elderly individuals and those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. Choose between audible alerts with two volume levels or vibrate-only mode for discreet alerts without disturbing the person being monitored. The portable pager allows caregivers to receive alerts from another room or while in the garden.

Please note: The pager can be set to either audible alerts or vibrate-only mode, not both at the same time.

The TL-2020P pager can be programmed with up to six wireless devices. Mix and match them based on your unique monitoring needs.

1. Bed Sensor Pad

Available in two sizes, depending on the user's weight:

  • Standard Pad (10" x 30" / 25cm x 76cm)

    • Incontinence-resistant with a soft foam interior

    • Best for users over 10 stone (140 lbs)

  • Large Pad (20" x 30" / 50cm x 76cm)

    • Ideal for lighter users under 10 stone (140 lbs)

    • Reduces false alarms by increasing surface area contact.

2. Chair Sensor Pad

  • Detects when someone start to get up from their chair

Please note: When used with a pressure or airflow mattress or cushion, results may vary. Alternatively, our motion sensor or floor mat offers a reliable way to continue monitoring individuals using these products. 

3. Floor Sensor Mat

  • Available in two sizes,                                                                                                                         24'' x 36'' (61cm x 91cm)   OR   24'' x 48'' (61cm x 122cm)

  • Detects pressure when stepped on—ideal for bedside or door use

4. Motion Sensor

  • Can be placed beside the bed to detect exits

  • Can also be used at doorways to monitor room entry/exit

5. Call Button

  • Allows the patient to request assistance with a simple press

6. Window/Door Exit Alarm

  • Notifies the caregiver if a window or door is opened
