This wireless bed exit alarm system is an excellent solution for promoting safety, independence, and peace of mind when caring for elderly individuals or those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s. The system is designed to discreetly notify the caregiver when the patient attempts to leave the bed—without sounding an alarm in the patient’s room, avoiding unnecessary confusion or distress.

With a wireless range of up to 90 meters (300 feet), caregivers can confidently monitor from another room, upstairs, or even outside in the garden. Please test the wireless range in your environment before regular use.

How to Set Up and Use

1. Place the sensor pad beneath the fitted sheet, positioned either under the lower back or buttocks area, depending on the patient's habits.

2. The system detects when the patient’s full weight is removed, such as when they sit up and begin to exit the bed.

3. A wireless alert is then sent to the caregiver’s pager, ensuring timely assistance—without disturbing the patient’s environment.

For lighter individuals (under 10 stone or 140 lbs), we recommend selecting the larger sensor pad measuring 20" x 30" (50cm x 76cm). The additional surface area offers:

• Reduced risk of false alarms

Optional AC Adapter:
