The TL-2020P portable wireless pager is designed to help caregivers monitor elderly individuals or those living with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Its discreet design ensures that the alert is not heard in the patient’s room, helping to prevent confusion or distress caused by alarm noises. Caregivers, however, will be immediately notified—even from another room or while in the garden.

1. Bed Sensor Pad

Available in two sizes, depending on the user's weight:

• Standard Pad (10" x 30" / 25cm x 76cm)

  • Incontinence-resistant with a soft foam interior

  • Best for users over 10 stone (140 lbs)

• Large Pad (20" x 30" / 50cm x 76cm)

  • Ideal for lighter users under 10 stone (140 lbs)

  • Reduces false alarms by increasing surface area contact.

2. Chair Sensor Pad

• Detects when someone start to get up from their chair

3. Floor Sensor Mat

• Available in two sizes,                                                                                             24'' x 36'' (61cm x 91cm)   OR   24'' x 48'' (61cm x 122cm)

• Detects pressure when stepped on—ideal for bedside or door use

4. Motion Sensor

• Can be placed beside the bed to detect exits

• Can also be used at doorways to monitor room entry/exit

5. Call Button

• Allows the patient to request assistance with a simple press

6. Window/Door Exit Alarm

• Notifies the caregiver if a window or door is opened
