This all-in-one bed exit alert system includes a silent alarm monitor, long-term bed sensor pad, and a wireless pager that notifies carers when a patient leaves the bed. Comfortable and Reliable Sensor Pad
The included bed sensor pad measures 10" x 30" (25cm x 76cm) and is designed for long-term use. It is incontinence-resistant and features a foam interior for extra comfort. For lightweight individuals (under 10 stone or 140 lbs), we recommend selecting the larger pad (20" x 30"/50cm x 76cm) from the drop-down menu. The larger surface area helps ensure consistent pressure to prevent false alarms.

Easy to Use and Non-Intrusive
The alarm monitor connects directly to the sensor pad and emits two quick beeps when weight is applied—this confirms the system is active and ready. The bed pad should be placed under the fitted sheet, ideally at the lower back or under the buttocks.
The system sends an alert only when the patient gets up—no sound is made in the room, only on the pager, maintaining a peaceful environment for the patient.
Customisable Alert Options
The alarm monitor is shipped with volume set to silent by default, but it can be adjusted inside the battery compartment if you prefer sound in the patient’s room.
To stop the alert:

Press the reset button on the front of the alarm unit.
Optional AC Adapter:
You can choose to add an AC adapter for the alarm when placing your order (available in the drop-down menu). This adapter powers the alarm but does not charge it. We recommend keeping batteries in the alarm as a backup in case of power loss. The AC adapter helps reduce the long-term cost of battery replacements.
